Where does D'Angelo Spring Water come from?
D'Angelo Spring Water comes from a deep underground-protected natural spring. It's located on a 15 acre wooded parcel of property in Dundee, Illinois. A pipe is tapped into the orifice of the spring, filling an underground vault. This vault then flows by gravitational feed into our building which is built into the side of a hill, filling our indoor storage tanks. <Back>

What does D'Angelo do to the water once it is retrieved?
D'Angelo does not add anything to the water. However, to comply with a method of good bottling practice the spring water is sent through a series of micro filters. To ensure the highest quality, the water is also injected with ozone gas, which is a form of oxygen. The ozone will dissipate after several hours. Any bacteria is killed instantly in this ozone environment. This safeguard practice does not affect the taste and quality of the natural spring water. <Back>

What options do I have for D'Angelo Water deliveries?
D'Angelo customers have a choice of delivery schedules. You can be on a regular scheduled delivery route either weekly or every 2 weeks. (A two-week schedule is what most households prefer.)
You may also choose to be on a "will call" schedule. With this option, you simply call us when you need the water, and we will deliver it to you on our next scheduled day in your area.
On your delivery days, the route driver will deliver to your home. You do not need not be home; just leave your empty bottles out, and we will replace them with full ones. Delivery scchedules can be provided upon request.
Yet another option is to do a "customer pick up." By visiting our East Dundee headquarters and picking up your water, you can actually save money. SEE OUR HOURS

What methods of paynment does D'Angelo accept?
You may pay by cash, check, money order, or Visa/MasterCard. You can pay off the individual invoice, or wait for a bill to arrive in the mail each month. Bills are sent from our office the first business day of each month. You may send your payment to us by mail or pay your route driver. <Back>

How long of a contract with D'Angelo do I have to commit to?
There is no contract. D'Angelo customers do not have to agree to any long-term comittment. The service can be discontinued at any time. <Back>

How does the "free trial offer" work?
The "free trial offer" is for the actual water cooler. You pay only for the water you use during the three-month trial period. After three months, should you choose to continue the service, you will receive a bill for the next three months worth of rental fees for the water cooler. Rather than sending you a small rental bill each month, we invoice for cooler rentals on a three-month cycle.

Is there a deposit charge for the bottles of water?
A $6.00 bottle deposit is charged on each 3 and 5 gallon bottle. Your initial charge for this will be when you begin service. To avoid accumulation of bottles and a bottle deposit charge, simply remember to leave your empties out on your designated delivery day. If you forget, don't fret! Although you will be charged for the bottle deposits the day of your delivery, you most likely will leave extra bottles out for your next delivery and will then be issued a credit.
There is no deposit charge on 1-gallon bottles or single serve size bottles. <Back>

How do I use the water cooler?
Just place the bottle on top of the cooler and then plug the cooler into a standard three prong grounded outlet.
To ensure that the bottle will be free of unwanted dust etc...it is a good idea to wipe down the neck of the bottle before you place it on the cooler. <Back>

Does D'Angelo offer childproof faucets on the coolers?
At your request, we will fit your cooler with a childproof faucet. Childproof hot faucets are standard on the Hot and Cold model. <Back>
